Upcoming Retreats

These are slow, intentional spaces where emotions are allowed to surface, settle, and be felt without pressure to fix or transform them. The work unfolds through structure, spaciousness, and embodied practice, at a pace that actually holds.

What to expect

How the work actually unfolds

Every retreat has its own rhythm, location, and focus. But all of them share the same underlying structure: a pace that allows for depth, a container that feels genuinely safe, and a community that makes the work possible.

01
Opening ceremony
Every retreat begins by rooting into place. An opening ritual or ceremony to set the intention and create a container of safety for the work ahead.
02
Shadow work workshops
Structured sessions that move through specific shadow emotions, grief, shame, guilt, anger, with frameworks drawn from the Nurasol methodology.
03
Somatic and yoga practice
Daily movement, breathwork, and yoga sequences designed to meet what comes up in the shadow work and give the body a pathway for release.
04
Ceremony and ritual
Sacred practices drawn from the traditions of the land where we gather. Not performance. Real containers for what the mind alone cannot process.
05
Integration circles
Daily or evening circles where the group processes together, witnesses each other's work, and practices the skill of being seen without advice.
06
Closing and return
A closing ceremony to seal the work, honor what shifted, and prepare you to carry what emerged back into your ordinary life with intention.

What people carry home

In their own words.

These are not curated highlights. They are real moments spoken as they were lived, by people who showed up, did the work, and left differently.

"I came for stress relief. I ended up with a starting point for healing. I am leaving with so much wisdom and a different outlook."

"I came because of a relationship. I left having found myself. That is not something I expected to say, but it is the truest thing I can offer."

"It makes you sit still, it makes you think, it makes you grow, it makes you feel empowered. The most amazing thing I have gained from this is family. I have family all over the world now that I can call for literally anything. I am so thankful for the love, encouragement, support, and just the safe feeling of being loved and carried through tough times."
